Good day one, and all!
I am looking for any evidence of rental levels in connection with livestock markets across the UK. If anyone can assist in anyway or even has any freehold values, I would be very grateful indeed. Equally, if anybody has any experience of the current direction of rent, in respect of such premises please do let me know. At the same time I am also looking at rental values for car auction sites, indeed there appears to be some crossover(!)Many thanks all!
